  TO: The unknown heirs at law of James Monroe Walker, whose name, place of residence, post office and street address is unknown to Plaintiff after diligent search and inquiry to ascertain same; and, any and all persons having or claiming any legal or equitable interest in the real property described herein
  You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Richard L. Morris seeking a Judgment to Quiet and Confirm his title in and to the following described real property:
  Track 1: This property is a fraction of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 11 South, Range 4 West, Second Judicial District of Yalobusha County, Mississippi. This fraction contains 0.357 acres, more or less, and is a fraction of Lot 324 East of the I.C.R.R. railroad numbered according to the map of Water Valley, Mississippi, as corrected to date in 1959 by J. K. Boggs and being more particularly described as follows:
  Begin at a 1/2” iron pin set on the North right-of-way of as-built Gore Street, said iron pin being located 1639.49 feet North of and 421.50 feet East of the accepted Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 9; run thence along said right-of-way as follows: Run North 82 degrees 58 minutes 35 seconds West for a distance of 27.03 feet to a point at the PC of a 90.00 foot radius curve to the right; run thence along said curve for a distance of 72.68 feet, said curve having a chord bearing of North 59 degrees 50 minutes 52 seconds West and a chord length of 70.72 feet, to a point; run thence North 36 degrees 42 minutes 16 second West for a distance of 48.33 feet to a 1/2” iron pin set; run thence due North leaving said right-of-way for a distance of 78.17 feet to a 1/2” iron pin set; run thence due East for a distance of 116.86 feet to a 1/2” iron pin set; run thence South 155.75 feet to the point of beginning.
  Tract 2: This property is a fraction of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 11 South Range 4 West, Second Judicial District of Yalobusha County, Mississippi. This fraction contains 0.431 acre, more or less, and is a fraction of Lot 324 East of the I.C.R.R. Railroad numbered according to the map of Water Valley, Mississippi, as corrected to date in 1959 by J. K. Boggs and being more particularly described as follows:
  Begin at a 1/2” iron pin set on the North right-of-way of as-built Gore Street, said iron pin being located 1639.49 feet North of and 421.50 feet East of the accepted Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 9; run thence due North leaving said right-of-way for a distance of 155.75 feet to a 1/2” iron pin set; run thence due East for a distance of 127.04 feet to a 1/2” iron pin set on the West right-of-way of as-built Gore Street; run thence along said right-of-way as follows: Run South 03 degrees 02 minutes 34 seconds West for a distance of 78.86 feet to a point at the PC of a 115.00 foot radius curve to the right; run thence along said curve for a distance of 64.17 feet, said curve having a chord bearing of South 19 degrees 01 minute 42 seconds West and a chord length of 63.34 feet to a point; run thence South 35 degrees 00 minutes 50 seconds West for a distance of 6.35 feet to a point a the PC of a 45.00 foot radius curve to the right; run thence along said curve for a distance of 48.70 feet, said curve having a chord bearing of South 66 degrees 01 minute 08 seconds West and a chord length of 46.36 feet to point; run thence North 82 degrees 58 minutes 35 seconds West for a distance of 56.62 feet to the point of beginning.
  You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you in this action to John J. Crow, Jr., attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 203 Wagner Street, Water Valley, Mississippi 38965.
  You response must be mailed or delivered not later than thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Summons. If your response is not so mailed or delivered, a judgment of default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You must also file the original of your response with the Clerk of this Court within a reasonable time afterward.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
  The Board of Trustees of the Water Valley School District hereby gives notice to all qualified institutions that sealed bids/proposals for designation as depository will be received until 1:00 p.m. on June 4, 2007, in the Office of the Superintendent, 544 Market Street, Water Valley, MS. The bids/proposals will be opened at 1:05 June 5, 2007.
  Bids/proposals for appointment as depository for all or any part of Water Valley School District Funds will secure said funds in an amount sufficient to meet the statutory requirements provided for official depositories pursuant to Sections 27-105-305 and 27-105-315 of the Mississippi code 1972, annotated.
  Bid/proposal forms may be obtained at the superintendent’s office. All bids/proposals must have “Depository Bids/Proposals” written on the exterior of a sealed envelope and addressed to the attention of Sammy Higdon, Superintendent, Water Valley School District.
  The right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof, is reserved by the Board of Trustees.
